The Center on Nutrition and Disability is working with Rowan University’s Nutrition Program (Glassboro NJ) to develop online multimedia resources around nutrition and health for group home staff and managers. Over the next 8 months we will share content from the project, which will include cooking demonstration videos, blog posts and infographics. This project is funded by the New Jersey Council on Developmental Disabilities’ Community Innovation Projects.
